Imagine if you could have a similar experience with your Keurig(r). We live in modern times. These new conveniences should be used. That’s how we came up with four delicious flavored iced-tea recipes you will love. These recipes are quick and easy to make, and only require a few ingredients.
Flavored Iced tea Recipes
(For each cup of tea)

Apple Cinnamon Green Tea
Iced teas with fruit have a sweet, sugar-free sweetness. The flavors are complemented when they are paired with tart green. Your metabolism will be boosted by adding cinnamon! This recipe only requires four ingredients that you likely already have in your home.
Ingredients:
- 8-10 oz. Water
- 1 Green Tea K-Cup(r) pod
- 1 Cinnamon Sticks
- 1/4 Sliced apple
Directions:
- Your Keurig(r), eight- or ten-ounce water settings, to brew green tea K-Cup(r).
- Mix in the cinnamon sticks and apple slices to the water.
- Cover the tea and leave the cinnamon and apple inside.
- Put in the refrigerator for one hour. Remove the cinnamon sticks and apple after an hour.
- Enjoy with ice and sugar, if you wish!
Peppermint Green Tea
Ingredients:
- 8-10 oz. Water
- 1 Green Tea K-Cup(r) pod
- 1 Large Fresh Mint Sprigs
Directions:
- Your Keurig(r), eight- or ten-ounce water settings, to brew green tea K-Cup(r).
- Add the mint leaves and let it sit for 10 minutes
- Cover the tea with the mint leaf and let it sit for a while.
- Put in the refrigerator for one hour.
- Take the mint leaves out after an hour. If desired, add ice and sugar.
Citrus Black Tea
Iced teas are popular with black tea. Its thick flavor is strong enough to withstand ice, without being too watery or thin. All of our iced black-tea recipes start with citrus. You will often see orange-flavored packets of black tea. It is also common to add lemon. We chose to use both in this recipe. This recipe will give you a boost of vitamin C and bright flavor notes to your iced black.
Ingredients:
- 8-10 oz Water
- 1 Black Tea K-Cup(r) pod
- 1/2 Lemon
- 1/2 Orange
Directions:
- Slice the orange and lemon in half, then cut them in slices.
- Your Keurig(r), eight- or ten-ounce water settings, to brew black tea K-Cup(r).
- To the tea, add the orange and lemon slices.
- Cover and keep in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- After an hour, take the fruit out and add sugar or ice if you wish.
Peach Black tea
The second recipe for fruit teas uses peaches. This should be made when the fruit is in season in your region. We prefer June because the peaches are bursting with juice after each bite. This is the perfect flavor for this iced tea recipe with peaches.
Ingredients:
- 8-10 oz. Water
- 1 Black Tea K-Cup(r) pod
- 1/2 Peach
Directions:
- Slice the peach in half, then cut it into pieces.
- Your Keurig(r), eight- or ten-ounce water settings, to brew black tea K-Cup(r).
- Add the peaches sliced to the tea.
- Cover the peaches with the tea and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- After an hour, take the fruit out and add sugar or ice if you wish.
